The legal battle that ensued proved to be a turning point. Zimbabwe's court system, in a landmark decision, ruled in favor of Intratek. The court declared the contract with ZPC to be valid and required ZPC to fulfill its contractual obligations. This verdict presented a new opportunity. Both ZPC and Intratek, recognizing the court's ruling, have committed to working together to breathe new life into the project.

Resuming construction after a significant time lapse necessitates adjustments. A crucial aspect of the ongoing discussions between ZPC and Intratek involves the contract price.
